About
Established in 2017, Bản Chum Agricultural Cooperative brings together a group of ethnic Thai farmers producing high-quality mangoes in Sơn La province.
The cooperative offers seasonal mango, with a strong focus on quality improvement and supply reliability. Farmers are adopting improved practices and exploring methods to better meet market requirements.
With centralised collection and packing, the cooperative supports efficient handling and distribution. Previously VietGAP certified, it is progressing towards re-certification to strengthen traceability, food safety, and quality assurance systems.
Key priorities include renewing certification, improving irrigation and crop management practices, increasing premium-grade mango output, and strengthening market access and branding to maximise value for members and provide safe produce for consumers.
